well, everything was going just fine
87 degrees, and Spring on my mind...
flowers was blooming,i heard the frogs sing
bees was buzzing, I sure thought it was Spring...
I washed up my shirts, with out any sleeves
and sat in the sunshine, nieth apple tree leaves...
A neighbor was mowing,I could smell fresh cut grass
then Mother Nature ( Let's just say showed Her ass)
She couldn't resist, one more little fling
with Old man winter, She said "Hell with spring"
she knew she could call him,and he'd run to her side
today it's 30 degrees and it's snowing out side..
they say it will last, all week,and it's cold
this on again off again thing's getting old.
